Rast

Kept it on my desk for those 3pm slumps, and honestly, just spending two minutes with it actually resets my headspace. The design feels intentional, like it was made for exactly that purpose. It’s become a small ritual I look forward to.

I wasn’t expecting much from a “pause” product, but the way it makes you actually stop and breathe is surprisingly effective. I’ve used it after stressful meetings and it genuinely helps me reset my headspace before diving back in.

The "pause and recharge" angle is exactly what I needed—I keep it on my desk and after a rough morning, even ten minutes with it resets my whole mood. It's simple, but the ritual of it genuinely makes me slow down. This is my third week using it and I'm not stopping.
