I’ve been using it during my afternoon slump and honestly, it’s become the little ritual I look forward to—the pause itself feels genuinely restorative. The design makes it easy to slot into a busy desk setup, and I’m noticeably more focused after just a few minutes.

The whole "pause and recharge" idea actually works—I keep it on my desk and just taking those two minutes with it resets my headspace. It's become a non-negotiable part of my afternoon routine.

My afternoon slump used to hit like clockwork, but a few minutes with this genuinely resets my focus. The whole ritual feels intentional, like a tiny vacation I can take at my desk.
