I've been using this as my afternoon reset ritual, and the way it nudges me to step away from my desk is genuinely working. The packaging is compact enough to keep on my nightstand, which makes the pause feel intentional rather than forced. Exactly what I needed to break the endless scroll cycle.

I was skeptical about a product built around the idea of a pause, but the way it gently nudges you to reset with a simple, tactile interaction really works. It's become my little ritual between meetings, and the whole thing feels refreshingly light.

Finally something that actually makes me stop and breathe during a chaotic workday. The whole concept of pausing and resetting feels genuinely doable with this, not like another self-help gimmick. It’s become my little ritual before tackling the next email pile.
